Know exactly who is coming. All of them.

Every guest asked, every reply captured, every headcount current — on WhatsApp, in gujarati and hindi mix, without one person chasing a spreadsheet.

For weddings around the resorts along the Ahmedabad–Gandhinagar highway. Most guests come through Ahmedabad airport, forty minutes away, arriving across two full days.

What actually goes wrong

Every plate has to be right — sattvik, no onion, no garlic, no root vegetables — and that is a per-guest answer nobody collected.

Between Mehendi, Pithi, Sangeet, Vinayakyantra Pujan, Lagna and the Reception, every guest has to be asked the same four questions — and asked again when they do not answer.

A human makes the first call

Not a bot. Your relationship with the family stays yours — we take over the three hundred follow-ups after it.

A human verifies every count

The AI reads the replies and proposes the answer. A person confirms it before it reaches your host or your caterer.

Official WhatsApp, not a linked handset

The WhatsApp Business API, with opt-out honoured and every message recorded. Not somebody’s phone with a scanner app.

What you actually get

  • Every guest contacted and chased until they answer — yes, no, and how many
  • Rooms, airport pickups and ID documents collected in the same conversation
  • A live screen showing who has confirmed, who has not, and who has walked in

“Will it sound like a machine?”

No. The first call is made by a person. What runs automatically is the chasing — the reminder to the uncle who never replied, the second ask for a headcount, the room question. Every word of it is written in advance by a human and read by one before it reaches your host.

Nothing here writes its own sentences to your guests.

Questions Jain families ask

Can we take a different headcount for each function?

Yes, and it is the reason this exists. Mehendi, Pithi, Sangeet, Vinayakyantra Pujan, Lagna, Reception are separate counts, because the family that comes for the Mehendi is not the family that comes for the Lagna. One number across the whole lagna is what leaves the caterer guessing.

Who actually chases the guests who do not reply?

The system does, and it keeps doing it until there is an answer — yes, no, and how many. The first outreach call is always made by a real person, and when a reply is unclear the AI goes quiet and flags a human rather than guessing in front of your family.

Our elders will not use an app. Will they be counted?

They are counted the same as everyone else. There is nothing to install and no link to work out — the question arrives on WhatsApp and they reply in their own words, addressed as "bhai / ben". A reply typed as a sentence is read and counted, not rejected for being the wrong format.

Is the final number something we can give the caterer?

Yes. The AI gathers every reply and a real person verifies the count before it reaches you, and you confirm it before anything is committed. Rooms, airport pickups and ID documents are collected in the same conversation, so travel and stay are not a second round of chasing.

Do you work with Jain families in Gandhinagar?

Yes — Gandhinagar is one of the cities we are launching in for the 2026 season, and most Jain lagna bookings here sit around the resorts along the Ahmedabad–Gandhinagar highway. Most guests come through Ahmedabad airport, forty minutes away, arriving across two full days. That matters for arrivals and rooming, which is where the guest count and the travel plan stop agreeing with each other.
