Will my guests have to download an app?
No. Everything happens on WhatsApp, the app they already use every day. The invitation arrives as a message and guests reply in their own words — nothing to install, no link to figure out. It works for elders too.
Is it safe? Will the WhatsApp number get banned mid-event?
AI Shaadi runs on an official, Meta-approved WhatsApp number using approved templates — the way Meta intends. A random or device-linked number can get blocked mid-event; ours is built so your day is never put at that risk.
What happens if the AI isn’t sure how to reply?
It goes quiet and flags a human. The first outreach call is always made by a real person, and whenever a reply is unclear, a person steps in. The AI never guesses in front of your family.
I’m a planner — can I run it under my own brand?

How is the final headcount handled?

How is Aadhaar or guest ID data handled?
The way the law requires. We keep only the last four digits of any ID, masked, behind expiring secure links, shaped to DPDPA and UIDAI rules — so guest IDs are a feature you can offer, not a liability you carry.
