Questions Muslim families ask
Can we take a different headcount for each function?
Yes, and it is the reason this exists. Mangni, Mehndi, Nikah, Rukhsati, Walima are separate counts, because the family that comes for the Mangni is not the family that comes for the Nikah. One number across the whole shaadi is what leaves the caterer guessing.
Who actually chases the guests who do not reply?
The system does, and it keeps doing it until there is an answer — yes, no, and how many. The first outreach call is always made by a real person, and when a reply is unclear the AI goes quiet and flags a human rather than guessing in front of your family.
Our elders will not use an app. Will they be counted?
They are counted the same as everyone else. There is nothing to install and no link to work out — the question arrives on WhatsApp and they reply in their own words, addressed as "sahab / begum". A reply typed as a sentence is read and counted, not rejected for being the wrong format.
Is the final number something we can give the caterer?
Yes. The AI gathers every reply and a real person verifies the count before it reaches you, and you confirm it before anything is committed. Rooms, airport pickups and ID documents are collected in the same conversation, so travel and stay are not a second round of chasing.
