What a wedding caterer must get right for a Ultra-Luxury wedding

Handling dietary requirements as counts rather than as named people. At this level a guest being served the wrong plate is a failure the family hears about directly.

The requirements

Specific and checkable. Take this list to any wedding caterer in your city.

  • Per-guest dietary handling — allergies, vegan, Jain, halal, kosher — tracked by name and not by count
  • Multiple cuisines across several days without repetition, because guests eat every meal at the event
  • Service ratio high enough that nobody waits, and staff briefed on who is who

Ask them this

Word for word. The answers tell you more than the portfolio does.

  • “How do you track an individual guest’s allergy from RSVP to plate?”
  • “What is your staff-to-guest ratio for a seated dinner of three hundred?”

Who has confirmed they do this

Nobody yet — we are still calling. We speak to around 150 Gujarat wedding vendors a week, and we are now asking each one whether they meet this brief. Only vendors who tell us yes, directly, will appear here.

We could have filled this section by guessing which businesses are Ultra-Luxury from their names. That would have been quicker and it would have been made up. The list below stays empty until it is real.

Are you a wedding caterer who meets this brief? Tell us and we will list you. No fee, now or ever.
