What a wedding venue must get right for a Ultra-Luxury wedding

Selling a buy-out that turns out to exclude a wing, a restaurant, or a spa with other guests in it.

The requirements

Specific and checkable. Take this list to any wedding venue in your city.

  • Full buy-out — no other guests, no other event, in writing
  • Enough rooms on site for the whole party at the right standard
  • Genuinely usable indoor alternatives for every outdoor space

Ask them this

Word for word. The answers tell you more than the portfolio does.

  • “Is this a complete buy-out, and what happens to existing bookings?”
  • “Show me the wet-weather alternative for each outdoor function.”

Who has confirmed they do this

Nobody yet — we are still calling. We speak to around 150 Gujarat wedding vendors a week, and we are now asking each one whether they meet this brief. Only vendors who tell us yes, directly, will appear here.

We could have filled this section by guessing which businesses are Ultra-Luxury from their names. That would have been quicker and it would have been made up. The list below stays empty until it is real.

Are you a wedding venue who meets this brief? Tell us and we will list you. No fee, now or ever.
