The requirements
Specific and checkable. Take this list to any wedding venue in your city.
- Kitchen willing to run a fully separate Jain line, in writing, not verbally
- Reachable from the derasar the family uses, because part of the day happens there
- Daylight-usable space — a venue that only looks right after dark fights the sunset constraint
Ask them this
Word for word. The answers tell you more than the portfolio does.
- “Will your kitchen commit to no onion, no garlic and no root vegetables across the whole event?”
- “Is the hall usable and photogenic at 16:00, not just at 21:00?”
Who has confirmed they do this
