What it actually is

A cart doing cutting chai in kulhads, masala chai, and proper filter coffee. Its value is entirely about timing — it belongs at the two ends of the day when nothing else is being served.

Indicative cost

₹40–90 per guest

A range for a Gujarat wedding in the 2026 wedding season, not a quote. It moves with guest count, city and how far out you book. Get three.

When it works

  • Early-morning functions, where guests arrive cold and undercaffeinated
  • Very late in the night, alongside the comfort counter
  • Winter weddings, outdoors

The part nobody else prints

How this goes wrong

Kulhads are heavy and they break. Order 20% over and tell the venue in advance, or you will find them in the flower beds.

Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.

You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
