What it actually is

The menu screen-printed with food colour onto a thin wafer, a chocolate tile or a sheet of dried fruit leather. Sits at the place setting, gets photographed, then gets eaten. It is a small idea that punches above its cost at a seated dinner.

Indicative cost

₹60–140 per guest

A range for a Gujarat wedding in the 2026 wedding season, not a quote. It moves with guest count, city and how far out you book. Get three.

When it works

  • A seated, plated dinner where there is a place setting to put it on
  • Smaller, higher-spend functions rather than a 600-person reception
  • The couple wants one detail that is theirs rather than the venue’s

The part nobody else prints

How this goes wrong

They warp in humidity and they cannot go out more than about thirty minutes before service. In a Gujarat summer that means they are placed during the last table check, which the venue must agree to in advance.

Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.

You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
