Logistics that feel like luxury · 2026 wedding season
Welcome hampers, sorted by guest rather than by budget
Four versions of the same hamper beats one version nobody needed.
What it actually is
Instead of an identical box for 300 people, build four: the elderly relative, the out-of-town couple, the child, the friend group. Different contents, same wrapping and same cost envelope. It is not more expensive — it is the same money spent on things people use.
Indicative cost
₹400–2,500 per hamper
A range for a Gujarat wedding in the 2026 wedding season, not a quote. It moves with guest count, city and how far out you book. Get three.
When it works
- Most guests are staying in hotels and receive it on arrival
- You know the guest list well enough to segment it — which is an RSVP problem
- Multi-day weddings where the hamper carries the schedule
The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
The generic hamper — dry fruit, a candle, a bottle of water — is thrown away at a rate anyone who has cleaned a hotel room after a wedding will confirm. Segmenting costs nothing and changes that.
Goes well with
- Airport pickups that do not go wrong Sixty guests, thirty flights, three days — and one spreadsheet that is already out of date. ₹1,200–3,000 per pickup
- Room-drop notes, written by hand The cheapest thing on this entire list and the one guests mention afterwards. ₹30–150 per room
- Edible menu cards A printed menu on a wafer or a chocolate tile that the guest eats. ₹60–140 per guest
Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.
You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
Launching for the 2026 wedding season. No wedding has run for a paying customer yet.
