What it actually is
A named driver per arrival, a placard with the guest’s name and not just the couple’s, a WhatsApp message with the driver’s number sent before the flight lands, and one coordinator holding the whole list. The failure is never the car; it is the matching.

How this goes wrong
The list changes after it is printed. Flights move, guests add a day, someone brings a cousin. A pickup plan fixed 48 hours out is wrong by the time the first flight lands — it has to be live.
