What it feels like to arrive when the gate already knows who you are.
What it actually is
The guest receives a pass on WhatsApp after they RSVP. At the gate it is scanned and they walk in — no list, no spelling their surname twice, no standing aside while someone phones the family. It matters most for the guests least able to argue their way in.
We have not published a price here because we could not ground one honestly. Ask three vendors — an invented number would be worse than none.

The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
It verifies a pass, not a person. Anyone describing this as facial recognition or identity verification is describing something else — what is checked is a signed token, and it should be explained that way.
Goes well with
Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.
You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
