Logistics that feel like luxury · 2026 wedding season
A shuttle loop instead of individual cars
One bus every twenty minutes beats forty cars nobody can find.
What it actually is
A continuous shuttle between the guest hotels and the venue on a published timetable, rather than booking cars per family. Cheaper, and it removes the twenty-minute wait at the end of the night.
Indicative cost
₹8,000–20,000 per vehicle per day
A range for a Gujarat wedding in the 2026 wedding season, not a quote. It moves with guest count, city and how far out you book. Get three.
When it works
- Guests are concentrated in two or three hotels
- The timetable is on the room-drop card and in the WhatsApp group
- It runs later than you think — the last one should be after the last guest
The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
The return leg. Everybody plans the outbound and forgets that 200 people leave within the same fifteen minutes, which needs three vehicles staged and waiting, not one on a loop.
Goes well with
Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.
You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
Launching for the 2026 wedding season. No wedding has run for a paying customer yet.
