Logistics that feel like luxury · 2026 wedding season

A staffed guest desk in the hotel lobby

One table, two people, and every question stops reaching the family.

What it actually is

A branded desk in the lobby of the main guest hotel, staffed through arrival days — schedules, directions, transport, lost luggage, a phone charger. It absorbs the two hundred small questions that otherwise reach the bride’s mother.

Indicative cost

₹3,000–6,000 per person per day

A range for a Gujarat wedding in the 2026 wedding season, not a quote. It moves with guest count, city and how far out you book. Get three.

When it works

  • Most guests are in one or two hotels
  • Staffed across the actual arrival window, not just the wedding day
  • The people on it have the rooming list and the schedule in front of them

The part nobody else prints

How this goes wrong

Unstaffed between 14:00 and 17:00 because that is a quiet period, and that is exactly when the afternoon flights land. Cover the arrival curve, not office hours.

Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.

You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.

Launching for the 2026 wedding season. No wedding has run for a paying customer yet.
