What it actually is
On a typical mid-to-large Indian wedding, catering runs about 30–40% of the total, venue 15–25%, décor 15–20%, photography 8–12%, and everything else divides the rest. Useful not as a budget but as a check on a single quote.
We have not published a price here because we could not ground one honestly. Ask three vendors — an invented number would be worse than none.

How this goes wrong
These are shares, not targets. A destination wedding inverts them — travel and stay dominate, and applying these ratios there produces the wrong answer confidently.
Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.
You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
