Why one guest list is the wrong shape
Five functions, five lists, and they overlap without matching.
What it actually is
The mehndi list, the sangeet list and the reception list are different, and the difference is usually 30–50%. Running one list produces over-catering at the small functions and under-catering at the big one.
We have not published a price here because we could not ground one honestly. Ask three vendors — an invented number would be worse than none.

The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
Asking "are you coming to the wedding?" instead of "which functions are you coming to?". The first question cannot produce the numbers anybody actually needs.
