What it actually is
A supervised, enclosed area with a trained attendant per eight children, activities that suit two different age bands, and its own food. The distinction from the usual version is supervision: a bouncy castle with nobody watching it is a liability, not a facility.

The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
Ratios and sightlines. Understaffed, parents hover and you have gained nothing; out of sight of the main hall, parents will not use it at all.
Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.
