Things for guests to do · 2026 wedding season
The couple’s dog, done properly
A ring-bearer everybody photographs, if somebody is assigned to the dog.
What it actually is
The couple’s dog appears for a defined ten-minute window — the entry, or the ring exchange — with a handler whose only job is the dog. Not present for the whole function.
Indicative cost
₹5,000–15,000 for a handler
A range for a Gujarat wedding in the 2026 wedding season, not a quote. It moves with guest count, city and how far out you book. Get three.
When it works
- A calm, well-socialised animal that has been around crowds before
- Outdoor or garden venues with somewhere quiet to retreat to
- A defined short appearance rather than an all-day presence
The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
Three hundred strangers, a dhol and firecrackers is a genuinely frightening environment for a dog. Have a quiet room, a named handler who is not a guest, and a willingness to cut the appearance if the animal is distressed.
Goes well with
Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.
You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
