What it actually is
A small station doing metallic transfer tattoos, quick nail art, or both. It costs very little and it solves a real problem: the gap between the haldi and the sangeet, when guests are dressed and bored.

When it works
- Long gaps between functions at the same venue
- A guest list with a lot of teenagers and children
- Daytime functions where the alternative is people sitting on their phones
The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
Check what is in the products. Black henna sold as a tattoo can contain PPD and cause real chemical burns — ask, and if the vendor is casual about the answer, do not book them.
