Things for guests to do · 2026 wedding season

Temporary tattoo and nail bars

Something for the cousins to do in the three hours between functions.

What it actually is

A small station doing metallic transfer tattoos, quick nail art, or both. It costs very little and it solves a real problem: the gap between the haldi and the sangeet, when guests are dressed and bored.

Indicative cost

₹8,000–20,000 per station

A range for a Gujarat wedding in the 2026 wedding season, not a quote. It moves with guest count, city and how far out you book. Get three.

When it works

  • Long gaps between functions at the same venue
  • A guest list with a lot of teenagers and children
  • Daytime functions where the alternative is people sitting on their phones

The part nobody else prints

How this goes wrong

Check what is in the products. Black henna sold as a tattoo can contain PPD and cause real chemical burns — ask, and if the vendor is casual about the answer, do not book them.

Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.

You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
