Things for guests to do · 2026 wedding season
Mehndi artists on speed rounds
Solves the queue that forms at every mehndi and ruins the function for the people in it.
What it actually is
Instead of two artists doing elaborate work for four hours, book six doing five-minute designs on a rotation, with one or two reserved for the bride and immediate family. Guests get something rather than nothing, and the room keeps moving.
Indicative cost
₹2,500–6,000 per artist for the function
A range for a Gujarat wedding in the 2026 wedding season, not a quote. It moves with guest count, city and how far out you book. Get three.
When it works
- Any mehndi with more than 60 guests
- You want the function to be a party rather than a waiting room
- The bridal mehndi is happening separately, earlier
The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
The usual failure is booking by budget rather than by throughput. Two artists and 150 guests is a four-hour queue and about a hundred people who never get near one.
Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.
You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
