What it actually is
A choreographed group number that begins as though it is not one — a few people, then more, then the whole family. It works because of the reveal, so the rehearsal has to be genuinely secret from the couple.

₹20,000–60,000 for a choreographer and 4–6 sessions

When it works
- You have ten people who will commit to four rehearsals. Fewer, and it looks under-rehearsed
- The couple does not know — the surprise is most of the effect
- Early in the sangeet, while people are still watching rather than dancing
The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
Scheduling. Half the participants fly in the day before, so the only full run-through is on the day. Book the choreographer for a morning-of slot or accept it will be looser than the videos you were shown.
Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.
