Logistics that feel like luxury · 2026 wedding season

Working wifi and a charging bar

Three hundred people posting from a venue with one bar of signal.

What it actually is

A guest wifi network with the password printed on the table card, plus a charging station with cables for all three connector types. Trivial, cheap, and consistently absent.

Indicative cost

₹5,000–25,000

A range for a Gujarat wedding in the 2026 wedding season, not a quote. It moves with guest count, city and how far out you book. Get three.

When it works

  • Farmhouses and party plots on the edge of the city, where mobile signal is genuinely poor
  • Long multi-function days where phones die by 20:00
  • You want the wedding posted while it is happening

The part nobody else prints

How this goes wrong

Venue wifi is usually sized for the office, not for 300 phones. Ask what the actual capacity is and hire a temporary access point if it is not enough.

Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.

You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.

Launching for the 2026 wedding season. No wedding has run for a paying customer yet.
