Somebody will lose jewellery. Decide now who holds it and who calls.
What it actually is
One named person, one locked box, one logbook, and a WhatsApp number announced at the start. Agreed before the function rather than improvised at midnight when a set of earrings is missing.
We have not published a price here because we could not ground one honestly. Ask three vendors — an invented number would be worse than none.
When it works
- Large functions with valuables, which is every Indian wedding
- The venue’s own protocol is confirmed in writing beforehand
- The named person is not a family member who will be busy
The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
Without this, a missing item becomes an accusation within about twenty minutes, usually aimed at staff. A logged box and a named holder prevents the ugliest thing that can happen at a wedding.
Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.
You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
