Numbers and planning · 2026 wedding season
A payment schedule that keeps leverage
Never pay the last instalment before the thing has happened.
What it actually is
A workable split is 25% to book, 50% a week out, 25% after delivery. The final tranche is the only leverage that exists if the crew is late, the count is short or the album takes nine months.
We have not published a price here because we could not ground one honestly. Ask three vendors — an invented number would be worse than none.
When it works
- Every vendor contract, and especially photography where delivery is months later
- Written into the contract rather than agreed verbally
- Deliverables and dates are defined enough to withhold against
The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
Paying 100% before the wedding because the vendor asked. It is common, it feels like goodwill, and it is the reason wedding albums take a year.
Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.
You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
Launching for the 2026 wedding season. No wedding has run for a paying customer yet.
