What it actually is
For every outdoor function, an indoor alternative that has been visited, measured for the real guest count, and assigned a decision time and a decision-maker. Unseasonal rain is common enough in Gujarat to plan for.
We have not published a price here because we could not ground one honestly. Ask three vendors — an invented number would be worse than none.
When it works
- Any outdoor function between June and September, and increasingly outside it
- The call time is fixed in advance — usually four hours before
- The decorator has quoted the fallback setup, not just the main one
The part nobody else prints
How this goes wrong
The fallback that exists only on paper. Venues offer "the banquet hall" without mentioning it seats 150 of your 400, and nobody discovers this until it is raining.
Every idea here is easier than telling three hundred people about it.
You can book all of this and still spend the month chasing headcounts. That part is what we do — the invitations, the replies, the rooms, the arrivals, on WhatsApp, with a person making the first call and a person checking every count.
